Notice of May 1, 2026 4% Water and Sewer Rate Increase 

To All Purgatory Metro District Customers:

The annual 4% rate increase takes effect on May 1st, 2026. The 4% increase applies to all rates in and out of the district for both water and sewer.

The new rate will be $117.51 per 1 EQR.

Please be sure to verify how many EQRs you have, as not all properties have just 1 EQR.
